Access to premium content requires a paid membership. Prices and inclusions are shown on the plans page. Memberships do not auto-renew; access ends when the paid period expires and you choose whether to purchase again.

Each plan allows a set number of signed-in devices. Free accounts are limited to one device at a time. These limits exist to prevent account sharing. Attempting to bypass them, or using automated tools to access the Service, may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Copy, download (except through features we provide), record, redistribute, or publicly display any content from the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, digital rights management, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or hotlink our media, or attempt to access content you have not paid for.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

All content on the Service is protected by copyright and other laws and remains the property of NallaPrime or its licensors. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for your own private use only. No other rights are granted.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NallaPrime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and significant changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
