18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available through NallaPrime were over the age of 18 years at the time the material was created. NallaPrime does not permit, and has a zero-tolerance policy toward, any content that depicts minors.

NallaPrime makes available content produced by third-party studios and content partners. With respect to that content, NallaPrime operates as a service provider and is not the primary producer as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A. Records required to be maintained under those sections are kept by the respective producers of the content.

For any specific title, requests to be directed to the custodian of records for that content should be sent to us and we will forward them to the appropriate producer where we are able to do so.

If you believe any content on the Service depicts a person under 18, or was published without consent, report it immediately to [email protected] with the exact URL. We review such reports as our highest priority and remove offending material.

This statement will be finalised with the legal entity name, custodian of records, and registered address before public launch on the production domain.
